Joseph Diab, J.D., LL.M.

Joe is a certified mediator and executive coach who for many years as a corporate attorney has worked with professionals, business owners and executives in Fortune 500 companies to resolve disputes and develop strategies for growth and change. As a coach, he provides regular, individual consultation to senior management executives for companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Verizon Communications, and Nortel Networks on issues related to business strategy, personal effectiveness, conflict management, negotiation and communication skills. He has worked as the Director of Coaching Programs for a national coaching company supervising and coordinating the work of 15 professional coaches on business initiatives in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America and Europe. He is a visiting lecturer at North Carolina State University's College of Management and holds a law degree and a Master's degree in International Law from Duke University.

Krista Moore

Krista is the President of K.Coaching an Executive and Team Coaching practice. She is known to many as a dynamic leader and mentor, with great passion and dedication to her cause. Daniel Grandstaff, D.Min., CPCC, PCC

Dan, the President and founder of Win With People, Inc. has over 20 years experience helping individuals, groups, and organizations work at their best. As a coach, he has worked with CEO’s, executive teams, managers, government employees, health care and sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and self-employed service providers. His collaborative approaches to human behavioral change were developed through extensive training and over 15 years in private practice as a therapist and career counselor. Fay Krapf, M.S.

Fay’s career has spanned 20 years in coaching, training, and business. She brings over 10 years of experience in internal career development; over 7 years of career management and career transitions coaching; and 15 years managing her own business. Fay has been an internal consultant with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, director of organization development for a utility, and owner of a pottery manufacturing business and craft gallery. As a full-time adjunct faculty member at Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Fay taught Business Communications to undergrads and Career Development to MBA students. For the last 7 years, Fay has specialized in executive and professional coaching, career development, communication, training, organization alignment for talent utilization, and employee/manager development. She has served as a career coach in outplacement and career management firms. Fay has a keen ability to build rapport and establish trust with a wide variety of people, to listen to what people are really saying, and to facilitate development of practical plans to solve problems and address challenges.

George Smart, M.B.A.

George is the CEO of Strategic Development and an award-winning consultant with proven experience with over 300 organizations nationwide. In addition to clients such as Harvard Business School, Nortel Networks, GlaxoSmithKline, and Duke University, he designed Corporate Mirror, one of the most recognized consultancy training programs in the Southeast. With an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, George has received training from the Center for Creative Leadership, the NTL Institute, Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and the N. C. State University Training and Development program. He served as a charter National Advisor for Chapters for the American Society for Training and Development, the world's largest HRD association. He has personally coached nearly 100 professionals over the last 10 years. He is a TEC (The Executive Committee) speaker to CEO's around the country on strategic planning and change.
